My work is informed by my experience of working alongside neurodivergent people and organisations trying to do things differently.

My work is It iabout creating clarity, trust and flexibility, so people can stay connected to their own autonomy, judgement and direction.

I pay attention to how people think, communicate, process information, and how they make decisions, then shape the work in a way that feels practical, respectful and usable.
